NOISE KILLER — high-gain dirt, compressors, or sketchy cables can add a lot of hum, hiss, and buzz to your rig. A noise gate is the clean fix. Operation is dead simple: one knob to set the threshold.
The attack and release adapt to your playing feel, so it handles tight staccato as well as long sustaining notes without choking them.
With 4-cable wiring, the gate can stay on the same setting whether you’re on clean, crunch, or lead. You can also run it the classic 2-cable way (leave GUITAR OUT and GATE IN unplugged).
